VEGAN STUFFING

Sorry lads I know this is arriving a little late in the season but made it over christmas and thought it was well worth sharing.

 

Ingredients:

 

Small packet of breadcrumbs

1 onion finely diced

large sprinking of  fresh parsley finely cut

Fresh thyme

Egg substitute (2 eggs from this)

Soya milk

Large dollop of vegan margarine

2 linda mccartney sossies finely cut.

 

Method:

Grease large dish and throw in breadcrumbs, add in onion, parsley and thyme. I dont measure anything but put in soya milk and margarine until the mixture is moist, add in egg sub and sossies.

Put tin foil over mixture.  Bake in oven at medium temp for about 20 minutes, then remove the tin foil, stir and allow it to bake for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
